Tasks

  • Assist in conducting practical lab sessions, guiding students through challenging ML tasks
  • Support students in implementing various machine learning algorithms and using industry-standard tools
  • Help explain complex concepts in neural networks, evolutionary algorithms, and advanced AI models
  • Provide guidance during the exciting "Into the Wild" phase where students work on self-directed projects
  • Contribute to the preparation and evaluation of course materials and student submissions
  • Collaborate in a team to ensure a high-quality learning experience

Requirements

  • Foundation in machine learning algorithms and techniques, also in working with Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Previous participation in LAMA course is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex topics clearly and concisely
  • Enthusiasm for AI and its recent developments and a passion for helping others learn
  • You should be able to be on-site for the majority of the in-person events 
  • You should be able to understand German and English
