Student Assistant for Student Innovation Lab (SIL)

Context

In cooperation with IHE and IRS, ITIV offers a new, innovative laboratory course: Student Innovation Lab. The focus of the lab is to give students the opportunity to implement new innovations in the field of IoT, automotive or medical technology etc. For this, the students can use the modern infrastructure of our lab (e.g., robots, HoloLens, 3D printer, smartphones/watches, sensors/actors) to realize their novel concepts. We are now looking for engaged students who want to participate as student assistants (m/f/d) for one year.

Tasks

• Support the student groups as technical tutor
• Set up attractive demos from scratch
• Lab maintenance

Requirements

• High motivation to learn new technologies
• Programming skills (Python, C++, Java…)
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is a plus
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
